Lexie, you and your BF are awesome…especially b/c you both read my blog ;-)

You can do a julienne cutter in the meantime, if you don’t wanna fork up the cost of a spiralizer….they sure are fun, though!

Thanks, Nicole…I know, it totally changed my whole shopping experience once I learned that! I need to read Harry Potter series, I hear so many great things…I was a Twilight addict, can’t seem to find another addiction that’s quite the same!

i used to make wraps like these awhile back and i totally need to start it up again! theyre so refreshing and i love making the spread before heand so i can quickly whip one up in a hurry!

btw i LOVED ur comment about how everyone has a gluten intolerance just at different levels. i remember hearing something similar to that awhile back and it makes so much sense. even my mom, who ate wheat with no issue her whole life, can start having small reactions every now and then. i keep telling her “its because we are bombarded with wheat, and when u eat the same thing over and over multiple times a day for years, the system goes hay-wire” … your comment made so much sense!! <3

Thanks, Kelsey <3

That's so true!! It's so tough on our bodies…and it can definitely lead to Celiacs and things if people are not careful, your body can only take so much!!! I hope everything goes well with you, have a great day!
